Prime Technical India Private Limited is a training institute. We teach price action and volume based concepts for understanding intraday and positional trading in the equity and futures segments. Sessions are intended to help you make your own decisions — not to make decisions for you.
We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or a research analyst. Nothing in this webinar, on this site, or in any message from us is investment advice, a stock recommendation, a target, a buy or sell call, or a promise of profit.
We do not:
- give tips, calls or stock recommendations;
- run a paid tips channel or signal group;
- manage anyone's money or portfolio;
- offer demat, broking or advisory services;
- promise any return, profit or outcome.
If anyone claims to offer these in our name, they are not us. Please report it to us at once.
2. Trading risk
Trading and investing in equities, futures and options carries a significant risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose part or all of your capital, and in leveraged products you can lose more than you put in.
Only ever trade with risk capital — money you can lose without it affecting your financial security or the way you live. Money set aside for rent, school fees, medical costs, loan repayments or an emergency is not risk capital.
3. Past performance
Any example, chart, back-test or past result shown in a session is there to explain a concept. It is historical and chosen with hindsight. It is not a prediction, and it is not a claim about what you will achieve. Markets change, and a method that worked in one period may not work in another.
4. Student results
Screenshots, messages and comments from students describe their own experience. They are not typical, not verified as financial outcomes, and not a promise that anyone else will do the same. Most people who learn to trade lose money while they are learning.
5. No guarantee of accuracy
Market information discussed in a session is believed correct at the time but is not guaranteed. Data, quotes and charts may be delayed or wrong. Always verify against your own broker and exchange sources before acting.
6. Your responsibility
Anything you do in the market after attending a course or session is your own decision and your own risk. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, your position sizing and your losses. Consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before taking a position. Prime Technical India Private Limited, its mentors and its staff accept no liability for trading losses or for any consequence of applying what is taught.
